1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to our Digital Products Store ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before creating an account, placing an order, redeeming license card codes, or accessing any digital resources.

By registering an account, completing a purchase, submitting a card code for redemption, or accessing delivered digital content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

2. Digital Goods and Delivery Model

1. Nature of Products: All items available on the Platform are digital products (including, without limitation, electronic documents, tutorials, source code packages, graphic design assets, software templates, license keys/card codes, and cloud download links).
2. Access and Delivery:
   • Upon successful payment or valid card-code redemption, the system automatically grants your account digital access rights to the purchased product.
   • You can review delivery instructions, extract license keys, or obtain download links in "My purchases" or the corresponding order details page.
   • Digital items are deemed fully delivered upon access provision due to their immediate electronic nature.
3. Card-Code Redemption:
   • Card codes are prepaid credentials acquired through authorized channels.
   • Each code can be redeemed only once for its designated product specification and system environment.
   • Expired, already-redeemed, disabled, or unrecognized card codes will be rejected by the system.

3. Pricing, Billing, and Payments

1. Pricing and Currency: The price displayed on each product page is the final amount charged in the specified currency. Crossed-out prices represent historical or baseline reference prices and do not constitute independent discount coupons.
2. Payment Processing: Online payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe, Creem, Waffo, PayPal, etc.). We do not store or process your complete credit card numbers. If a chosen payment method is unconfigured or undergoing maintenance, checkout will safely fail without charging your account.

4. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

1. Limited License: Upon lawful purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal commercial use in accordance with the product description.
2. Restrictions on Distribution:
   • Unless expressly authorized in writing by the copyright holder, you may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publicly share, leak, or mass-distribute the original digital files, source code, or extraction keys.
   • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform’s software architecture, protection safeguards, or API endpoints.
3. Platform Ownership: All code, user interface designs, trademarks, graphics, and proprietary workflows of the Platform remain our exclusive intellectual property and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

5. Content Standards and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform and when utilizing any purchased products. The Platform enforces strict content safety standards and prohibits posting, uploading, disseminating, or using our services in connection with the following six prohibited categories:

1. Pornography / NSFW — Strictly prohibits pornographic material, sexually explicit or not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content, depiction of sexual violence or genitalia, explicit sexual solicitation, non-consensual sexual content, or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
2. Violence / Gore — Strictly prohibits content depicting extreme violence, gore, physical mutilation, animal cruelty, terrorist propaganda, violent extremism, or content promoting suicide or self-harm.
3. Hate Speech — Strictly prohibits discriminatory, derogatory, threatening, harassing, or cyberbullying speech targeting individuals or protected groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM / CSAE) — Zero-tolerance policy. Creating, hosting, disseminating, soliciting, or engaging in any child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAM / CSAE), minor nudity, or content endangering minors is categorically prohibited. Violations will result in immediate, permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
5. Deepfakes / Impersonation — Strictly prohibits generating or distributing unauthorized realistic likenesses, deepfakes, or voice clones of real individuals, impersonating people or entities without consent, or engaging in fraud, deception, or severe disinformation.
6. Copyright & Trademark Infringement & Malicious Exploitation — Strictly prohibits distributing pirated materials, counterfeit goods, or files that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents. Furthermore, purchased code or files must not be used for developing malware, conducting cyberattacks, vulnerability exploitation, or bypassing platform security mechanisms.

6. Safety Compliance and Content Moderation

To ensure a safe and compliant digital marketplace, we maintain a multi-tier content and transaction safety framework:

• Automated Risk Screening: Automated sensitive keyword filters and risk evaluation models screen product listings and customer communications in real time.
• Transaction Fraud Prevention: IP telemetry, rate limiting, and anti-fraud protocols detect card-testing, brute-force redemption, and suspicious checkout behaviors.
• Human Verification: Flagged transactions, copyright notices, and high-risk alerts are escalated to safety specialists for manual review and enforcement.

7. Violations and Reporting Channels

1. Enforcement Measures: Where a violation of these Terms or the prohibited content standards is verified, we may take appropriate actions including:
   • Immediate removal or suspension of offending listings and revocation of digital access licenses;
   • Temporary restriction or permanent termination of the violating account without refund;
   • In cases involving CSAM or serious criminal activity, immediate reporting and evidence submission to law enforcement authorities.
2. Reporting and Appeals:
   • If you encounter any material on the Platform that infringes intellectual property rights or violates content safety rules, please contact our support team with the subject [Prohibited Content Report], including the item URL, details, and supporting evidence.
   • We investigate and take appropriate action on valid reports within 24 to 48 hours.
   • If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal along with verifiable evidence through our support channels for review.

8. Refund Policy Summary

Because digital products can be accessed and consumed immediately upon delivery, transactions are governed by our specific 《Refund Policy》. Once delivery content or card codes have been revealed or accessed, orders are generally non-refundable unless the file is corrupt beyond repair or the license key is demonstrably defective upon delivery and cannot be replaced.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. "As-Is" Provision: The Platform and all digital products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of your use or inability to use the purchased digital products.

10. Account Management and Termination

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized reselling, or material breaches of these Terms.

11. Amendments and Inquiries
